1. No guns, knifes, rocket launchers, or any type of weapon can be advertised or sold on this site.
2. No unlawful items can be sold.
3. No offensive language is allowed in any ad.
4. Any ads that are placed that are offensive in any way will be turned over to the proper authorities including any Server logged information that may be helpful to the arrest and/or conviction of any party.
5. You are not allowed to reference a WEB Site in your ad. References to Web Sites are only allowed in advertisements and in Service Listings, NOT in individual ads.
6. Only private parties are allowed to place ads for FREE. See below to see if your ad qualifies.
7. Others Rules will be added as necessary.

What qualifies as a private party classified ad?

1. The ad must clearly state a specific product (color, model, brand, ect...). For example, an ad that states:
   ------ Washer for sale, works good, Price $100.00 ------
   does not give specific information about the product and will not be posted for free. But an ad that states:
   ---- White G.E. Washer, works good, Price is $100.00 ---
   is a specific product(brand, color, ect..) and can be placed for FREE for private individuals (Businesses only pay a small fee). Include as much information about the item for sale. Try to include descriptions such as color, brand, make, condition, ect...
   
   We can place ads such as: Cars for Sale, Washers for sale, or Beanie Babies for Sale in our Service Section. These types of ads must be paid for in advanced. See business & services for these rates.
2. The product sold can not be sold through a business unless it is prepaid For example, if A-1 Car Dealership wants to place ads for vehicles, these ads MUST be prepaid. The ad MUST ALSO state a specific product. General descriptions must be placed in the Service Section. See our special low rates for businesses placing ads below in the business & services.
3. A Classified Ad can't advertise a Business and/or service. It can only describe the product. To advertise you business or service, place an ad in our service section. See business & services for these rates.
